People Team at Nutanix
 
This role will be a part of the Global People Services (GPS) team at Nutanix. The GPS team is responsible for providing support and services to employees globally, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee workflow changes, managing onboarding processes, and supporting various People projects and initiatives. The team works collaboratively with other People teams to deliver seamless programs and services to employees. The team operates in a fast-paced environment and thrives on finding creative solutions to tackle challenges.

You will report to the HR Operations Optimization Lead.  We operate in a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between working from the office and remotely. This approach provides a good balance for work-life integration and allows employees to work in a way that best suits their needs. Communication and collaboration tools are in place to ensure seamless connectivity amongst team members.
 
Your Role
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct to appropriate resources
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee workflow changes in HR system
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires
  • Support People projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other People teams for seamless program delivery
  • Identify trends and provide feedback on employee issues
  • Generate and iterate documentation of processes
  • Manage PO creation, funding requests, and invoice processing
What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience in a shared services environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Workday or other HRM systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
     
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 63,120 and USD $ 125,760 per year.
 
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
