People Team at Nutanix
The Global People Development team at Nutanix is a diverse group of team members spread across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. They have recently achieved success by launching global programs focused on developing managers and emerging leaders within the organization. Your Role
  • Manage content curation, reporting, and overall maintenance of the LMS to ensure smooth functionality and user experience for the People Development team.
  • Represent the People Development team's learning technology needs on the decentralized learning council, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive learner enablement using technology, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the business.
  • Communicate with back-end developers and front-end stakeholders to articulate needs and solutions effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of new learning solutions with existing tools and systems, while tracking and addressing any bugs or feature requests for the LMS.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance the learner and facilitator experience, while becoming a subject matter expert in Nutanix LMS and partnering with content developers and facilitators to tailor the system to meet their needs within the first year of role.
  • Partner with external content providers to ensure seamless integration into blended learning experiences and alignment to our technology strategy.

 

What You Will Bring

About the Team
About Your Manager: Abigail (Abby) Elfman is our Senior Manager of Learning Delivery and Fulfillment. She has over a decade of experience across the talent management landscape. Abby has designed, developed, and implemented impactful and scalable talent programs for learners at all levels across a variety of modalities.

How We Work: Our team works remotely with team members spread globally. We utilize Slack for quick messaging and collaboration to keep everyone connected and on the same page. Occasional visits to our HQ in Durham, NC are to be expected.

 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 88,000 and USD $ 175,600 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
