People Team at Nutanix
The Global People Development team at Nutanix is a diverse group of team members spread across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. They have recently achieved success by launching global programs focused on developing managers and emerging leaders within the organization. Your Role
  • Lead instructor-led training sessions for employees of all levels, partnering with content developers to enhance training materials based on feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end training program coordination, including the maintenance of a training calendar, communication to participants, attendance tracking, and logistics.
  • Independently deliver training across various cohort-based programs and open-enrollment sessions with focus on high quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with learning consultants, content developers, vendor partners, and key stakeholders to ensure training aligns with strategic business objectives and creates impact.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to measure knowledge transfer and skill enhancement by gathering feedback from stakeholders and participants, providing recommendations for areas of future improvement.
  • Achieve first year objectives by becoming a subject matter expert in key programs, delivering successful cohort-based and open-enrollment sessions, and piloting new offerings in partnership with learning consultants and content developers.

 

What You Will Bring
  • English language proficiency to deliver global offerings
  • The ability to operate independently to deliver training in a corporate learning environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory for effective training delivery
  • The use of technology to enhance the learner experience (blending instructor-led components with experiential learning, videos, etc.)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships for delivery of external program features
  • Effective communication, strong collaboration skills, and project management experience
  • Experience evaluating learning efficacy
  • A willingness to occasionally travel for in-person training events within region
  • Possess a background in Education, HR, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in using Zoom and managing coursework in Learning Management Systems
  • Experience/certification delivering the following assessments is a plus: Gallup CliftonStrengths 34, DiSC, 5 Behaviors, Hogan

 

About the Team
About Your Manager: Abigail (Abby) Elfman is our Senior Manager of Learning Delivery and Fulfillment. She has over a decade of experience across the talent management landscape. Abby has designed, developed, and implemented impactful and scalable talent programs for learners at all levels across a variety of modalities.

How We Work: Our team works remotely with team members spread globally. We utilize Slack for quick messaging and collaboration to keep everyone connected and on the same page. Occasional visits to our HQ in Durham, NC are to be expected.

 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 66,400 and USD $ 132,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
