Technical Sales Graduate Program
You will be integrated into the regional team from day 1, with regular travel to Barcelona, Spain for in-person training, consisting of:
- Learning Opportunities and career development through structured training programs and accreditation.
- Dedicated mentoring and networking for SE Academy Trainees and access to Senior Leadership across the company.
- Networking with peers working in other regions.
During your 12-month training program you will rotate through segments of:
- Exposure to Nutanix products and technical frameworks, including industry recognised certifications.
- Sales fundamentals & customer relationship building skills.
- Apprenticeship and shadowing opportunities with our world-class Systems Engineers, supporting customers across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
- Milestone Reviews to assess your advancement through the program and identify areas where additional support is needed.
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar subject, with a graduation date before August 2024.
- The ability to speak French or Dutch at a native level, and English with professional fluency.
- An enthusiasm for technology and the ability to speak to current and future trends.
- The ability to work with a wide variety of people, collaborating with geographically distributed teams, effectively communicating everything from data points, technical product details, to delivering critical feedback.
- A customer-first mindset, showing a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience, supplying them what they need to succeed.

Each meeting will offer you an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the team you’ll potentially work with.
