Nutanix, the hottest enterprise technology startup, is looking for a rockstar Marketing Operations Specialist to drive and execute the global digital marketing and brand advertising strategy and support the Customer Marketing team by being the “go to” customer expert to accelerate the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate is a performance marketing guru - solid business judgment, strategic thinker, possess strong creative and analytical skills, with experience in creating online demand and awareness for cutting-edge technology products. Experience with planning and executing global campaigns across multiple audiences and languages is preferred.


  • Maintain and optimize our inbound lead management process and ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Create and manage a lead scoring program with focus on rapid response and engagement.
  • Document the current lead flow process and outline the integration of all relevant systems.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations team to identify gaps in current processes and systems, focusing on the enhancement of sales productivity.
  • Improve data integrity through data cleansing, list segmentation, data alignment and implementing process and workflow improvements.
  • Create scalable and repeatable operational processes to improve the efficiency of demand generating programs.
  • Supply customers for peer-to-peer calls, RFPs, and vertical and geographical specific requests (identify appropriate product mix, outreach to account managers, etc.) to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Provide customer success examples that can be leveraged by Nutanix executive team and sales leaders in meetings with prospects and existing customers
  • Create reports to identify customers that support strategic corporate focus areas
  • Conduct quarterly analysis of top 250 customers to identify purchasing trends and areas of opportunity

Ideal background:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation and/or campaign management
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • A strong commitment to teamwork
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing space
  • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
