  • Manage the day to day immigration program; Main point of contact for employees, HR , Attorneys and candidates
  • Expert in field of immigration, relocation, mobility regulations and best practices.
  • Facilitate seamless immigration processes
  • Manage all international and domestic project and perm assignments with consideration to all legal aspects of tax, equity, employment and compliance
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, HR Managers, Legal, Payroll, and Finance across all regions to design global standards, service level agreements, and develop the global mobility policies and practices
  • Conduct Internal Trainings for immigration processes and compliance.
  • Vendor Management – Various vendors, relocation services and tax services. Lead RFP process with vendors along with implementation
  • Partner with benefits team to ensure proper insurance coverage for all assignees globally
  • Manage policy exceptions
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis. Track vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase requisitions.



  • 6+ years’ experience working in a global organization within the field of global mobility, strong knowledge of global assignee lifecycle as it relates to immigration, payroll, relocation and tax
  • 6+ years experience US and non- US immigration
  • Advanced level Excel Skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Demonstrated project and team leadership skills working with internal and external teams
  • Strong knowledge of expatriate compensation, benefits, tax and payroll
