We are looking for an Employee Engagment and Organizational Development Manager who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of global talent development programs for employees and managers in alignment with organizational development initiatives for a more integrated development experience. As part of the COE team, you will be the strategic partner and SME consultant to our HRBPs and leadership team to deliver best-in-class solutions at Nutanix. 

Key responsibilities:


  • In partnerships with manager and COE team, design strategies to build and support various aspects of global talent development program with engaging learning experiences to increase the capabilities of our employees and leaders
  • Provide consultation as strategic partners with HRBPs and senior leaders to design and create customized Talent & OD solutions to meet needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties to develop and enable successful implementation of more integrated initiatives in both talent & organizational development areas
  • Leverage best practices and partnerships with HRBPs and senior leaders to promote, market, and bring visibility and value of T&OD programs to the global employee population and beyond as appropriate
  • Manage the life cycle of programs from development to implementation including program evaluations, needs assessments, content development, ROI metrics, vendors, and budget
  • Apply solid and innovative instructional design skillset to develop customized content (live and e-learning modules) as needed for employee, manager, and leadership development programs
  • Employ creative facilitation talent to deliver live and virtual courses to ensure high level of participation and engagement of global audiences
  • Design work flow to create a team environment with continuous improvement
  • Explore and identify current best practices to integrate into program designs as well as share with team and partners
  • Lead new initiatives and manage existing programs to meet the needs of business clients

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; understand to value of data and how to leverage it to tell the story
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative writing talent is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years focused work in the domain of learning and organizational development at the corporate level (with leadership development experience a plus)
  • Need to be able to speak, read, and write English very proficiently.
  • Travel required: may be up to 50% (both domestically and internationally)


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in fields related to Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or Behavior Science
  • Highly preferred post graduate level degree
  • Certification in MBTI, DISC, EI or similar personality/behavior assessments is a plus
