Experience Requirements
- Knowledge of web/retail programs preferred
- Sales/Account Management/ Client Service experience preferred
- Experience performing in an administrative support role preferred
- Customer service oriented
- College degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Reporting SME- pull and analyze sales reports for trends and insights
- Monitor and update inventory trackers – tracking all co-brand, import, and event merchandise
- Own and manage backlog aging reporting
- Provide administrative support on assigned program(s)
- May be responsible for monitoring channel performance including, but not limited to:
- Key drivers/top sellers
- “Specials of the week”
- Inventory levels
- Support all channel selling efforts as assigned
- Coordinate client reporting with data management department
- Other job duties and projects as assigned
