• Experience with data tools such as I Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms to analyse customer data and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights to marketing strategies.
• Experience using performance optimisation techniques (e.g., A/B testing) within digital advertising.
Advantageous:
• Familiarity with customer data platforms like Lexer.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
