Sales Operations Supervisor
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day to day activities of the Sales Operations team to ensure that resources are utilized
- efficiently.
- Be point of contact for communication with account managers and assigned operations team.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to the client's policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve potential issues with workload, performance or specific projects, partner with
- appropriate resources.
- Deescalate and solve for interpersonal team conflicts as necessary.
- Complete performance reviews for assigned Sales Operations team.
- Demonstrate discretion and confidential communication.
- Provide consistent employee coaching, feedback and/or documentation, as needed.
- Act as floater and backup to assist associates when necessary.
- Make data-driven decisions based on reporting platforms to support the business.
- Participate and support Ops Leadership in execution of WIGs and Company Initiatives.
- Set clear expectations and performance standards and hold employees accountable for meeting
- established KPI’s.
- Complete other job duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as sales operations lead or managing 3+ employees.
- Mastery in Salesforce and Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred, but not required.
