We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives on impactful digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and creative individual looking to establish their career in the digital space. You will play a crucial role in driving a digital and design-first strategy for The Company brand, elevating it, and capturing attention across all organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing material for both The Company and Plush campaigns each month across Australia and New Zealand. This entails cross-channel - physical, digital, and traditional media - designing store posters, website material, social media videos, and graphic content, as well as contributing to the unique copywriting of each brand.
• Respond to queries from The Company and Plush stores (around 140) across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom regarding marketing materials.
• Liaising and coordinating with the printer in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK to ensure that they have campaign posters, pricing cards, and other miscellaneous marketing material according to their deadlines to get the material in-store for the promotional activation.
• Creation of marketing materials using existing templates that includes:
  • RRP cards for Plush
  • Lounge feature cards for The Company and Plush
  • Dining feature cards for The Company
  • Miscellaneous POS as directed by the Visual Merchandising Team
    • Coordinating between the Product, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure campaign guides are built out every month for The Company AUS/NZ, Plush, and The Company NZ.
    • Maintaining a store POS tracker on SharePoint so stores are aware of what has been sent to them every month.
    • Staying across the new product launch plan to ensure stores have the collateral they need to place with a new product in-store and ensuring the printer has this printed and sent to the stores and also uploaded to the printer portal.

About You:

• 2 years in a full-time marketing or digital creative position.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Suite or equivalent – Premiere, PS, AI, and ID.
• Storyteller with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives.
• Nimble and agile in your ability to adapt tactics based on results.
• You thrive on creativity but are able to execute and at pace.
• You have a high work ethic and are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of you.
• You can foster value-add initiatives within the business.
