Customer Service Specialist (SO1)
Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries through our ticketing system (Zendesk) about such things as order ETAs, pricing, returns, exchanges, product information and warranty requests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Entering incoming sales orders into our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics BC) and updating customers on availabilities where needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years experience in customer support and/or data entry - You can work through a high volume of enquiries and tasks efficiently and with little guidance.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- A quick learner & problem solver - you pick up new processes with ease and can use judgement to solve new problems quickly.
- Detail orientated and technologically savvy - you're fast on the keyboard, are familiar with Microsoft Office and data management / ERP systems.
- Experience in wholesale or e-commerce highly regarded.
