Data Entry Administrator
Description
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entered, as requested by management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to input data quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
