Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Input and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data entered, as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to input data quickly and accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
