Description

Major areas of responsibility include:  
  • Improve product, category, navigation, and brand pages based on seasonal trends and customer interaction. 
  • Manage on-site search settings, analyse search activity, and enhance the search experience continuously. 
  • Address and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure a smooth user experience. 
  • Regularly review website functions affecting user experience to remove any barriers to purchase. 
  • Execute website operations according to strategic timelines, prioritizing customer experience. 
  • Monitor conversion rates and bounce rates, adjusting strategies accordingly. 
  • Develop and implement promotion strategies to boost conversion rates. 
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team on promotion details and language. 
  • Ensure timely communication of promotions and updates to relevant departments.

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Customer focus and service mindset
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Technical experience with ecommerce platforms
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytical data
  • Skills with Google Analytics, SFCC, HTML are highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
