E-Commerce Coordinator
Description
Major areas of responsibility include:
- Improve product, category, navigation, and brand pages based on seasonal trends and customer interaction.
- Manage on-site search settings, analyse search activity, and enhance the search experience continuously.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Regularly review website functions affecting user experience to remove any barriers to purchase.
- Execute website operations according to strategic timelines, prioritizing customer experience.
- Monitor conversion rates and bounce rates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement promotion strategies to boost conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team on promotion details and language.
- Ensure timely communication of promotions and updates to relevant departments.

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Customer focus and service mindset
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Technical experience with ecommerce platforms
- Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytical data
- Skills with Google Analytics, SFCC, HTML are highly desirable
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
