DevOps Cloud Engineer (Azure)
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design, development, and operation of our customers' cloud
platforms, focusing on Azure environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, and contribute to
technical solutions.
Deliver cloud migration tasks, as needed for customer engagements.
Participate in platform engineering initiatives, particularly in building and maintaining
infrastructure-as-code (IAC) systems using Azure.
Assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment
processes and enhance code quality.
Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer - Azure
Support the development of containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes,
aiming for optimal resource utilization and scalability.
Help implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to oversee system
performance and troubleshoot issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of
learning and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, and contribute to
technical solutions.
Uphold best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our DevOps
practice up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Solid experience in Azure, with relevant certifications.
Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably using HashiCorp Terraform.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and principles.
Knowledge of network architectures, cloud security, and compliance frameworks.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Azure certifications.
Experience with other HashiCorp tools like Vault, Consul, and Packer.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
