POSITION SUMMARY 

This position is an administrative position handling mainly clerical to administrative work  
 
within the department and in a team environment. This position supports most other  
 
department positions and requires the person to understand the functions of the  
 
position and how it affects the departments workflow and how it affects each person’s  
 
actual work.  
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
  • Process Account Receivables ‐ weekly deposit, prepare reports for mobile deposit, and enter ACH deposits that are posted online in Bank's website  
  • Process Debit Card files, Results  and Reports  
  • Plan Funding Deposits  
  • Plan Funding ACH  
  • Client daily check runs and notifications  
  • Print checks and process ACH remittance  
  • Reconcile bank statements  
  • Assist with banking set ups  
  • Filing, scanning, email correspondence  
  • Help with month end processing   
  • Pull variety of reports from various programs  
  • Upload reports to the portal for clients and participants  
  • Audit of client's accounts   
  • Client account weekly balancing  
  • Communicate with Client's regarding invoices/payments  
 
 
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language  
  • Proven organizational / time management skills  
  • Self-Starter  
  • Attention to detail is extremely important  
  • Strong general office skills and basic knowledge of financial principals and accounting terminology  
  • Excellent customer service skills  
  • Teamwork  
  • Benefits experience a must  
  • Basic computer skills (experience in Word Processing & Excel programs)  
  • Education level: College degree or equivalent experience
