Seeking a digital marketing "all-rounder" with strong campaign management experience, as well hands on experience in digital platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and a track record of implementing successful digital campaigns.  
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Acquisition, this role is primarily responsible for campaign execution and management (digital, direct mail and ABM campaigns) as well day to day management of digital agencies to manage paid ads activity and the website. You will also be involved in managing events from time to time, email programs and affiliate activity. As part of the acquisition marketing team you are ultimately responsible for generating qualified leads, building a pipeline for sales and will be accustomed to managing the ROI of your efforts and using data to make informed decisions on marketing strategies.   
  • Work with the Director of Marketing Acquisition to execute marketing acquisition strategies across PPC, email marketing, paid social and affiliate marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Assist with website management and CRO program, including optimizing for SEO, to monitor and boost website conversion rates.
  • Manage campaigns (digital, direct mail and ABM) end to end to drive brand awareness and generate pipeline.  
  • Assist with building lists for direct mail and ABM campaigns, SDRs and others, using tools like Zoom info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence and performance
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, assisting with content creation and strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with event management (both internal and external events)
  • Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals and priorities.
Experience / Qualifications  
  • 5-6+ years B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Degree qualified, preferably Business or Marketing related, from a reputable College or University.
  • Proven experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    Hands on experience managing PPC (Google and Bing) with budgets up to or over $20K per month.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms and tools - LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GTM, GA4, Wordpress including working experience within HubSpot
  • Experience managing digital agencies.
  • Copywriting and design skills desirable.
  • Constantly learning and staying abreast of best practices in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
