Work experience and skills

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Be a self-starter and driven to succeed
  • Be totally people focused and customer oriented
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to maintain composure under stressful work situations

  • Have Intermediate to advance typing skills
