Business Systems Applications Support - US
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and support of all applications as required on a technical day-to-day basis for all US based locations.
- Administer and co-ordinate the Business Systems Support Systems for the US locations, including but not limited to Revel POS systems, COMO loyalty system, OLO Pay interfaces and Stratos Media.
- Assist with menu maintenance, product updates and support through POS and middleware back end
- Provide system support and action for POS, Olo and Como on new product launches, pricing updates and menu reviews.
- Provide level 1 support to retail network on above systems.
- Ensure the efficient and stable operation of the relevant business applications thereby maintaining high levels of business satisfaction.
- Solve system related issues by identifying root causes
- Testing of Enhancements to all Business Systems, including Change Management functions
- Validate and report on end-to-end transaction and operational services.
- Assist with continual system & process improvements
- Technical and operational documentation
Technical Skills:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Systems support and deployments.
- Previous experience with Revel POS, COMO loyalty and OLO payments highly desirable.
- Previous experience in support of digital content management technologies is desirable.
- Understanding of modern web-services and diagnostic tools
- Excellent documentation and process writing skill.
- Experience in product management.
- Experience in a franchise/retail environment desirable
- Strong knowledge of business application support and management in a dynamic environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent business communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Excellent customer service focus.
