Full-Stack Developer (React/PHP Laravel) 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team. We are an industry leading window furnishings business headquartered in Melbourne and are building a development team in the Philippines. Want to work with great people? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both React and PHP Laravel, and be comfortable working in a remote, agile team environment. Great communication skills are essential. And above all they will care about the detail and will take pride in delivery high quality code. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of developers and product managers to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using React and PHP Laravel.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Contribute to the development of microservice architectures, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on React and PHP Laravel.
• Strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Proficiency in front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and React libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL and proficiency in building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with Ruby or Rails also highly valued
