REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • At least 2 years of working and recent experience in a similar sales role is required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. 
  • Experience in a dynamic sales environment is required, including an understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, as exhibited by: 
  • Cold calling 
  • Handling negotiations 
  • Active Listening – listening to others, not interrupting, and asking good questions 
  • Service Orientation - looking for ways to help people 
  • Social Perceptiveness - understanding people's reactions 
  • The ability to multitask and switch focus 
  • Mathematical and computer proficiency is required (computer literacy, IT skills, typing skills). 
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, including (but not limited to) possessing motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, is required. 
  • Willingness to work US Eastern Time business hours is required.
