QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent English proficiency and people skills are required.
- Proven experience in a Business Development / B2B Sales role handling services and or/technology
- At least 2 years of recent experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore staffing solutions (lead processing, validation, presentations, relationship management) is required
- Proven ability to cold call and prospect/canvass for new business and deliver presentations and product/service demos to clients with excellent manner and articulation
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and ability in managing sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in the usage of CRMs is required
