Role and Responsibilities

 This individual would be providing Marketing ops support:

• Marketing campaign attribution through lead conversions and contact/account history lookup

• Actively coordinate and manage the activity of uploading leads into Marketo & SFDC for various marketing campaigns

• Maintain data hygiene for accounts, contacts, leads in SFDC through automated and manual approach

• Review and manage unprocessed, rejected leads and updating appropriately in Marketo

• Define and establish data quality processes, procedures, tools, and documentation for list data

• Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues on lead assignment

• Publish process related metrics and dashboards, should be proficient in MS Excel

• Manage the integrity of all contact data through documented data maintenance processes

Requirement:

• 2+ years of industry experience in marketing operations

• Must have experience in Marketing process and experience in implementing lead and campaign process

• Working across global teams and understanding of cross culture is preferred

• Should have exhibited accountability, ownership and decision making capabilities

• Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources.

• Ability to create reports and dashboards

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail

Preferred Systems Knowledge and experience:

  • SFDC
  • Marketo or Eloqua
  • MS Excel and other MS office applications

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
