Job Summary 

In this role you will support the development of the global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) strategy and contributes to projects such as set up, build and analyze conditions of employment, salary and benefits system, international policies, procedures and administration.

  • Develop and conduct analyzes, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective C&B programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy.
  • Create new-, maintain and review current C&B policies.
  • Coordinate the set-up of new entities employee administration and review existing in line with local requirements and global guidelines (contracts, manuals, policies, salary structures).
  • Based on review of salary & benefits and trends provide feedback and recommendations to the HR Director to ensure that the reward strategy remains market competitive and up to date.
  • Review bonus and incentives program.
  • Benefits administration all employees per country, reviewing invoices and renewals
  • Maintain effective relationships with brokers, external partners e.g. consultants
  • Advice and process C&B changes and align with payroll specialist.
  • Remain informed of new labor and social legislations which affect employees’ C&B.

As a C&B specialist you have an Academic degree in business or fiscal economics or HR master’s degree and at least 5-10 years of relevant HR working experience and at least 5 years of experience in a C&B-role in an international environment in the high tech industry

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with international C&B policies review and set up;
  • Knowledge of pension schemes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Effective communication skills across hierarchical levels and between different cultures.
  • Proven ability to understand (international) business needs and align towards it.
  • Organized and structured worker with natural attention to detail.
