If this description sounds appealing to you, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you.  We are looking for a talented Professional Services Manager to lead Tyler’s eSolutions Project Management organization.  This role serves as an essential contributor to Tyler’s success and will serve as a key operator on complex software implementations of Tyler’s solutions.

 
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Program Manger for large scale implementations

  • Direct and lead PM staff to effectively and efficiently implement assigned projects across the eSolutions nationwide customer base.

  • Responsible for the productivity, success, and growth of assigned PM staff.

  • Assess the skills and skill level of direct reports to aid in making task assignments during project planning activities.

  • Recruit, develop and retain individuals with skills, attitude and experience necessary to enable the organization to meet it’s commitments.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback/on-going development of direct reports.

  • Develop, implement, and refine a continuous training program for PM staff to encourage growth and professional development of team members

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the eSolutions Support, Development, and Implementation organizations.

  • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to analyze, develop, and implement efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Serve as an escalation point for PM staff to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • 5% - 20% travel is required (primarily day trips)

  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications


  • S. / M.S. or B.A. / M.B.A. degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 plus years work experience in Business and/or Information Technology environment required.

  • 2 plus years managerial / leadership experience required.

  • Experience in leading and managing large IT efforts.

  • Exceptional conflict management and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill, teamwork and customer service skills.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking ability.
