Data Analyst (Manila)

Professional Services Bonifacio Global City, Philippines

Description

Tyler Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced business or data analyst to assist migrating clients' data to our software.  The primary responsibility of this role is comparing data between the client's existing software and Tyler's to find discrepancies.  The Data Analyst (also referred to as a Conversion Specialist) also assists in defining transformation rules and configuration mappings.  You will be on a team with other Conversion Specialists and Conversion Developers in our Professional Services department, interacting with analysts and consultants, and occasionally speaking with clients.  Once trained, you will be partnered with different analysts and developers on multiple projects.  A key component to the role is collaborating with everyone involved to surface conversion issues, track them, and resolve them prior to the project completing.

We think this role is best for someone comfortable working in depth with software, has a basic understanding of ETL principals, learns quickly, writes effectively, and collaborates easily.  They are very focused on data quality and client satisfaction.  There are multiple growth paths for this role: either more business/customer centric as an analyst, or more technical as a Conversion Developer.

  • Be available - Have a predictable work schedule.  Be willing to join ad hoc meetings or video calls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience, preferably in the field of accounting, payroll, or ERP Software implementation.
