The Sales Operations coordinator helps the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.  This position is considered entry-level within our organization.  If you have a positive attitude, enjoy repetitive tasks, and are open to training then we want to talk to you! This Sales Operations position coordinates support for our sales teams to enable increased sales performance. It is the responsibility of the Sales Operations position to coordinate, maintain and update critical data that is used by the sales team and upper management across the company.

This position will report to our office in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, enhance and support the use of Dynamics CRM and other systems critical to the Sales teams Maintain, enhance and support the use of Dynamics CRM and other systems critical to the Sales teams
  • Review and route add-on sales
  • Audit and reconcile sales quota achievement
  • Assist with maintaining accuracy of Dynamics CRM data
  • Update and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
  • Provide sales team support as needed
  • Various, one-time projects necessary to update and populate data in CRM
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Primary Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Sales, sales operations or related experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship management software preferred but not required.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to maintain detailed focus for extended periods
