Job Responsibilities

  • Reception of the purchases invoices and control of the legal requirements for several Schréder entities (multiple VAT n°)
  • Pre-coding of the invoices with the scanning solution
  • Follow-up of the suppliers creation/changes
  • Processing of the purchase invoices in a timely manner
  • Matching PO’s and querying PO’s discrepancies
  • Monitoring of the approval flows and of the ageing balance
  • Follow-up of the supplier statements
  • Preparation of the supporting documents for the audits
  • Ad-Hoc support to the Brussels Accounting Team: for example
    • Processing of the expenses reports
    • Credit cards related postings
    • Various surveys

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar experience
  • Proven experience of min. 5 years in similar function
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Result-oriented and organized
  • Autonomous, flexible and rigorous
  • Good communication skills
