Description

Responsibilities will include:
● Configuring computer software, systems, printers
● Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
● Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests through our ITSM
portal
● Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. colleagues in
Sydney including developers)
● Track computer system issues through to resolution, within the agreed SLAs
● Research and identify solutions to both hardware and software issues including
repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup for new users
● Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end-users
● Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
● Testing new technology
