QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a mortgage broker administration position managing end-to-end loan processing for about 1-2 years is desirable
  • Experience with processing for both residential and commercial applications is highly desirable
  • Experience with loan application processing of residential and consumer lending is essential:
  • Home loans - OFI Refinances
  • Internal refinance (top up/increase/cash out)
  • Variations - Security swap
  • Land & construction with progress claim management
  • SMSF - Asset & equipment finance
  • Full understanding of latest NCCP compliance requirements and how to manage loan applications accordingly through the life cycle of lending
  • High attention to detail & accuracy of data input
  • Strong inter-personal skills with proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • A professional can-do approach
