Position Overview - How your role makes a difference
Utilising a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative, & communication skills to grow social audiences, driving engagement, leads, and overall ad performance for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Work with internal staff and clients to translate marketing strategy into smart digital tactics
- Post and Manage (including budget) our client's social campaigns
- Proactive optimise social campaigns to drive improved
- Implement best practice split testing and audience targeting
- Execute “Social” support requests within our SLA
- Ensure best practice campaign setup and maintain the highest standard of quality control
- Manage priorities and personal time management to deliver all work on time
- Pull meaningful data, utilising analytics and metrics to continually assess and optimise client campaigns
- create custom & lookalike audiences for lead generation campaign
- Create detailed and insightful advertising reports
- Maintain the timesheets and Job management
Essential Experience
- Previous media and/or digital/online experience (ideally 1-3 years' experience)
- Experience creating audiences and event-sets in Facebook advertising platform
- Strong understanding and experience using custom & lookalike audiences as well as running lead generation campaigns for small-medium business

Highly Desirable
- Experience creating and running successful ad campaigns on a mix of the following channels: YouTube, Twitter & Snapchat experience desirable but not essential
- Experience running Facebook Social Display and Marketplace campaigns
- Google Analytics experience desirable
- Experience working in or with the automotive, leisure and/or lifestyle
