- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations particularly in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing area
- Extensive experience in customer engagement at all levels
- Previous experience as a Support Consultant
- A friendly and customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence, quality and customer care
- Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as peers and developers across the product teams.
