The Social Media Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media and Social Selling strategies to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.


  • Help develop as well as implement and manage our social media and social selling strategies
  • Contribute to achieving social media KPIs and suggest optimizations
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Work with colleagues and agencies to ensure content is appropriate and deliverables are met


  • Good level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • High energy, team orientated
  • Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
  • High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Recent, demonstrable experience in the following are needed:
    • Copywriting – considerable experience required
    • Audience and buyer persona research – some exposure is required
    • Reporting – some exposure is required
  • Proven understanding of the following is required:
    • Social media and performance marketing metrics
    • Social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the usage of Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zoominfo, Wordpress, or similar software is preferred
