Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Azure & Microsoft 365
  • Support the development of a Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps strategy and roadmap deliverables
  • Support the configuration, implementation, and migration of Office 365 capabilities
  • Evaluate Azure and Office 365 changes and updates and determine impact on company workflows, apps, and security
  • Promote and educate staff and managers on the value of Dynamics, DevOps, and Office 365 solutions to increase efficiencies and improve collaboration among the company departments
  • Work with Dynamics vendors, contractors, and consultants, to deliver functionality and value from the investment in Dynamics
  • Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities to automate workflows and integrate MS Office 365 solutions into everyday use
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Microsoft 365 company applications
  • Utilize Teams and SharePoint to create community and promote culture among the company
  • Work with IT team to ensure data and systems security

Dynamics Administration

  • Take ownership for the management and expansion of the use of Dynamics across the various business groups globally
  • Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamic

Office 365 and SharePoint Administration

  • Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability
  • Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
  • Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
  • Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
  • Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software

End User Support and Training for Software

  • Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, etc)
  • Scope training needs for the overall project and develop a plan to engage a wide variety of users with varying skill levels by identifying potential training gaps and varying skill sets
  • Create dynamic and engaging training materials including, but not limited to, how-to videos and e-learning courses. Keep materials posted in a catalogued library with video streams visible to the company and ensure content is kept up to date

 

 Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance

  • Evaluate Microsoft 365 changes and updates and determine impact on company workflows, apps, and security
  • Troubleshoot various Microsoft 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings

Required Experience

  • MCSA and/or MCSE certification in Microsoft Office 365 preferred
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft’s modern workplace solutions, primarily Office 365 and Dynamics
  • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Solutions, Power Platform, or similar CRM and ERP cloud-based business applications
  • Successful track record of implementing end-to-end complex business apps and solutions
  • Proven experience engaging with senior level executives
  • Ability to design and implement an efficient and technically sound architecture
  • Must possess day-to-day fluency using Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft Intune
  • Must have knowledge of security policies and general vulnerability management
  • Extensive experience with database design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energetic, highly dependable individual with solid organizational and collaborative skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Vision.

Desired Experience

  • 2 years of experience in developing systems using MS Dynamics
  • 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Agile development methodology
  • Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and best practices
  • Exposure to development languages (C#, HTML, JavaScript, PowerShell)
