Title: German Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner / 6 Month Contract 
Location: Germany Bavaria / Remote Across Germany

Key Responsibilities: 
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Market Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of the German job market to attract top talent, and keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, providing expert guidance and insights throughout the hiring process.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with German labor laws and regulations.
Requirements: 
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, ideally within a multinational organisation.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the German employment market and talent trends.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
