- Manage relationships with content contributors (expert reviewers, key opinion leaders, freelance writers, etc.) on behalf of editors, editorial leadership, and the medical team
- Facilitate contributor recruitment in conjunction with editors and editorial leadership
- Maintain contributor paperwork, copyright permissions, and other documentation as needed
- Train and develop external content contributors
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage medical team demands and schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery of planned content
- Track project progress, regularly communicating status with editors and editorial leadership
- Effectively collaborate across departments to resolve issues ranging from audience and client inquiries to technical and procedural issues for editorial teams as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate communications between the medical team and other internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, product marketing, account management, clients, agencies, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing of honoraria and invoices
- Provide editorial data analytics as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
- Registered nurse (RN), with bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- 5+ years’ experience creating, publishing, or coordinating clinical content
- Experience with regular professional communication with healthcare professionals
- Writing that demonstrates correct grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Proven initiative, problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills, and organized, detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites to include Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Experience with Workfront or other project management tools preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively prioritizing work streams with high volume and firm deadlines
This will be a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta office.
