With 190,000 registered users, coliquio is the largest community for doctors in the German-speaking world. Founded in 2007, we now have over 190 people on board and are always on the lookout for reinforcements. We develop projects and new products in agile, cross-functional teams and bring them to market maturity. Our goal is more dialogue for better medicine - within the medical profession, but also between the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry. In doing so, we create an environment in which medical knowledge relevant to practice is easily accessible and available when it is really needed. We work towards this with great enthusiasm and even more team spirit - excellence, self-organisation and a high degree of personal responsibility are the essential basis for our work.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
As the link between the marketing and sales teams, you are always at the forefront when it comes to developing new strategies and tactics to inspire both our existing customers and interested new customers for coliquio and our communication solutions.
You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix. This is what awaits you as a B2B Sales Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
  • Together with our sales team, you will identify key insights into where the pharmaceutical industry is heading, what drives our customers and how/where we can best reach them
  • Armed with these insights and orientated towards our sales targets, you will take responsibility for lead generation and lead nurturing
  • You will design and implement our pharmaceutical marketing campaigns, for example through targeted ABM measures, the launch of a new webinar series initiated by you or an innovative offline measure
  • Continuous measurement, analysis and reporting on the penetration of target accounts and the impact of your measures on sales in the pipeline are a matter of course for you
  • In close coordination with Sales, you will make the right adjustments and continuously develop our measures further

YOUR POTENTIAL:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing (ideally with a CRM focus)
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrated campaigns across the entire spectrum of paid, earned and owned channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales cycles and the use of marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Experience in working with the sales team to coordinate and implement campaigns, especially lead generation
  • Experience in setting up and optimising lead engines
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoy taking responsibility for driving projects forward
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
