and plan members with access to personalized health and benefit information, decision support
technology that helps them make informed benefit, provider and treatment choices and provides
telephonic health coaching services.

Responsibilities
WebMD Health Services is looking for Quality assurance engineer to become a key contributor to our rapidly growing private-portal business.  As a member of the Client Delivery, you will collaborate with a diverse group of quality analysts, designers, developers, technical analysts and client representatives to deliver robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.  
In or environment, you will:
 Contribute to a small cross-functional team in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings and
retrospectives.
 Create and execute test cases based on test strategy
 Competent using appropriate testing methods (i.e. integration, regression, performance)
 Able to deploy code to multiple environments
 Perform defect analysis, Research and resolve client-reported issues.
 Be able to write basic/moderate complexity SQL 
 Able to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture
 A creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal
 A meticulous approach to work
Qualifications:
 1+ year(s) of testing web applications that include experience with high-volume public-facing
secure sites
 Substantial knowledge of software testing processes and best practices.
 Confident writing basic/moderate complexity SQL 
 Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
 BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Desired (Not Required) Skills:
 Exposure to APIs (Application Programming Interface)
 Knowledge of C# or Java, or C++
