The role of the Marketing Manager within the Marketing team is to Maximize the user’s engagement in the Markets of responsibility and to be “the voice of the Markets” within the Company. 
The Marketing Manager should be able to manage and execute the day-to-day operations of his/her markets including audience engagement, market analysis and reporting.
In this role, you will directly enhance Medscape’s market presence and drive increased engagement across various global markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, improvement, and launch in multiple countries.

This is a full time position based in Paris, France or London, United Kingdom.
Job description: 
Marketing, communication & Analytics
  • Content and Messaging:
    • Select relevant content and optimize headlines and subject lines to maximize engagement
    • Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and strategies


  • Campaign Deployment and Optimization:
    • Deploy audience engagement campaigns including email and mobile push notifications
    • Implement, optimize, and report on effective marketing programs and campaigns


  • Campaign Follow-Up:
    • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
    • Adjust and optimize tactics based on performance data


  • Email and Audience Optimization:
    • Adjust and optimize email templates to improve open and click-through rates
    • Optimize targeting to reach the most relevant audiences
    • Participate in various marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of marketing assets
    • Participate in key events and local congresses to promote Medscape and engage with target audiences
    • Support marketing needs for local partnerships in alignment with the global strategy


  • Global Communication Strategy Adaptation:
  • Adapt the global communication strategy to align with market-specific needs and characteristics


  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand user needs and preferences
    • Tailor marketing initiatives based on market insights
Education :
  • Master or Bachelor's Degree / graduate in Marketing or Business
  • +3 years of experience in medical communications/journalism, digital marketing or related field
  • English Native speaker is a must, other language is a plus  
  • Knowledge in Healthcare is a plus


 Skills and Qualifications required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Data-driven marketing mindset with eye for creativity
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced international environment
  • Independent and results-oriented
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing (e.g. marketing automation, web analytics tools and email marketing)
