The recent acquisition of MediQuality strengthens WebMD’s business in Benelux and provides extra resources to fuel the growth of MediQuality; it also enables expansion of WebMD’s connection with Benelux physicians on Medscape.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:
MediQuality, part of the WebMD* group, is the leading digital platform for healthcare professionals in BeNeLux. We serve customers, mainly pharmaceutical companies, whose aim is to communicate as effectively as possible with healthcare professionals, i.e. doctors, specialists and pharmacists.  
Our expanding Sales team is looking for a new Account Manager whose role will be as follows: 
- You will develop a portfolio of prospects (Hunting 40%) and manage a portfolio of existing customers (Farming 60%). You will develop long-term partnerships with our customers and easily expand your network. At the beginning of the collaboration, the Hunting part will be higher than the Farming part.
- You adopt a consultative selling approach. You define and recommend an integrated project plan in line with the customer's challenges. Careful listening and analysis of our customers' needs are essential when presenting your recommendations and designing projects.
- You will develop and monitor a monthly sales plan to define clear actions to achieve your sales targets.
- For each project, you will define the objectives and KPI's, and pass them on in a clear briefing to the Project Managers.
- You'll also supervise each project with the team, to make sure it's properly executed and that your customer is satisfied; quality of service is at the heart of MediQuality's offering.
- You will also communicate pro-actively with the customer throughout the project, and particularly at the end, to interpret and present the results obtained.

- Although this is not a technical role, you'll need to be comfortable and enthusiastic using interactive marketing technology: CRM, databases, campaign management programs.

 

- You are fully conversant with the Office suite and have a real aptitude for learning how to use new tools.
- You are fully operational in French, Dutch and English
