Key responsibilities

• Experience working with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience in production environments in AWS and/or Azure
• Good experience working with Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC)
• Design, development and deployment of API’s between platforms in order to facilitate new
services.
• Proficient with Agile Methodologies for continuous deliveries.
• PHP developments to present new functions, displays and reports based on information fed
though API’s.
• Proficient in SQL queries and Stored Procedures such as in MySQL, MariaDB
• Attending to Database management for day-to-day operations of the IT systems
infrastructure and applications ensuring high level of availability, performance and SLAs.
• Support applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting,
and troubleshooting.
• Continuously create, enhance, and maintain tools for automating processes and functions

Development Skills
• Experience in creating REST API code functions and documentation using Swagger
• Node.js and programming languages like Java, Javascript, Ruby, Shell, Bash and PHP.
• Database administration experience using MySQL / MariaDB / Postgres / MongoDB
• System monitoring through the Cloud platform
• Testing and Automation skills
• Understanding the fundamentals of Cloud security
• Use of Containers like Docker and Kubernetes
• Assisting in the design, coding, integrating, and testing of internal and client facing software
& Web Hosting
• Maintaining detailed technical documentation and versioning of computer code
• Maintenance of Software and integration of existing systems
• Automation skills like Source Code Management (SCM) (using Ansible / Power Automate /
UiPath)

Desired Technologies
• AWS / Azure
• API SOAP/REST and XML/JSON
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Linux fundamentals and scripting skills
• Web Technologies (PHP, Python, HTML, CSS)
• Knowledge of GIT
• Java Script/jQuery
• CodeIgniter PHP framework
• Visual reporting with tools like JReport
• SQL and DB knowledge in MariaDB/MySQL
• Powershell (desired)


Other Requirements
• Four-year degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Experience with API level Security implementations
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems
• Be familiar with ITSM/CMDB tools
• Good communication & collaboration skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service including clear communication, problem
solving and technical writing skills
• Ability in writing technical documentation and how-to documents
• Positive self-starter, able to take direction and work within a team environment.
• Aptitude to learn and support new products and systems
• Possess good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
within a fast pasted and changing environment.
• Worked in an agile environment
