Balancing required maintenance down time with a busy flight schedule can be daunting for the best aircraft maintenance technician.  As flight schedules change a maintenance technician must be flexible and incisive, taking advantage of when the aircraft is not in service to perform inspections and maintenance.  Planning heavy maintenance is especially difficult when attempting to estimate the future usage of the aircraft and many times adjusting scheduled maintenance times with hourly and calendar inspection requirements requires a great deal of preparation.

JBS USA Foods most important asset is their employees and its reputation.  As a flight department team member, you are relied upon to maintain and participate in prompting and protecting the Company’s reputation and its business image.  There are many occasions when the first impression a customer or visitor observes of the Company is the aircraft, hangar, or departure lounge.  Understanding that this first impression of the Company may impact or set the tone of a meeting with a potential customer or visitor; we must continually be attentive of not only how the aircraft and hangar appears but the appearance of the ground support and flight crews as well.  Equally important to appearance is providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.  As an employee of JBS USA Foods, upholding established Company values with regard to safety, daily business practices, teamwork, ethical behavior and open honest communication will continue to make JBS USA Foods a successful and prosperous organization.
