Job Description
- Maintain and track records regarding training, qualifications, attendance, bids and etc.
- Possess strong communication skills
- Auditing product specifications, operational practices, PQC programs, Food Safety programs
- Support the Supervisor on process of pre and post Shift activities
- Insure standardized work is followed
- Facilitate small group activities (PPE Training, Quality Issues, etc.)
- Insure employees have all the right equipment and supplies to do their jobs
- Day to day mentoring of employees in the small groups
- Employee will be expected to fulfill other tasks that are assigned by management.
Qualification
- Must demonstrate and be able to pass all required safety courses provided by JBS.
- Must be self-motivated, trustworthy and capable of completing all work assignments with minimal Supervision
- Must be able to motivate, train and teach employees their job to JBS standards.
- Must be willing to work with line supervisors to make placement decisions and help with make sheet.
- Must have knowledge of all jobs on designated line or ability to learn them
- Must be confident in coaching and counseling employees about qualification issues (not discipline)
