Corporate Payroll Kronos Project Analyst

 

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: JBS is looking for a Corporate Payroll Kronos Project Analyst to join our project team onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, CO. This person is responsible for implementing the upgrade of Kronos WFC to UKG Pro in the U.S. and Canada for 68,000+ team members. We are looking for a team-oriented person who is motivated to create a successful project environment for our employees. 

 

The hire date for this position will be on or after 12/16/24. The UKG project will begin in 2025 and be completed at the end of 2026. This position is approved for the duration of the project with the possibility of extension for another project expected to last 2-3 years. JBS has many opportunities to continue employment after the project concludes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn all current payroll procedures in Kronos WFC processed today
  • Attend online UKG Pro classes
  • Learn the business units and different pay processing standards
  • Understand pay policies and outline items to be reviewed by compliance
  • Attend meetings and provide project updates
  • Work with the Integration team to review and update Computer Based Training videos in Articulate
  • Update/maintain PowerPoint training documentation
  • Assist in completing test plans pertaining to pay rules, custom reporting, security roles, interfaces, etc.
  • Schedule and lead training sessions and provide support to our 70+ locations
  • Miscellaneous payroll tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Kronos/UKG experience strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role
  • SAP and Excel knowledge preferred
  • Technical skills with the ability to understand pay rule configuration, test plans, security roles, interfacing to other systems, mobile app roll out, learning management systems, etc.
  • Training and public speaking skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the job
  • Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $55,000-$60,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
