POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide training for employees on the proper technique for all positions within the department. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Experience in poultry processing required
• Able to communicate effectively with employees
• Dependable, prompt and willing to work overtime when necessary 
• Able to work independently
• Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment
• Bilingual Preferred
• Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication and demeanor

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
