Job Title – Administrative Assistant
Location – Green Bay
Reporting to – General Manager
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and direct to calls to appropriate departments
  • Attend to visitors and maintain visitor supplies
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Maintain conference room schedule and appearance
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Order and maintain supplies in kitchen and conference room
  • Process incoming mail and distribute
  • Prepare UPS/ FedEx packages for pick up
  • Distribute internal mail
  • Is the point of contact for the General Manager
  • Enter data in daily and weekly reports
  • Assist General Manager with other duties as needed
  • Assist other Team members as needed
Qualifications
  • 03 years of similar experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizations skills
  • Through knowledge of administration principles and procedures 
  • Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
