HR Systems Project Analyst - UKG
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Corporate HR Systems Project Analyst for JBS that reports onsite to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado. This person is responsible for implementing the upgrade of Kronos WFC to UKG Pro in the US and Canada for 68,000+ team members. We are looking for a team-orientated person who is motivated to create a successful project environment for our employees.
The hire date for this position will be on or after 12/16/24. The UKG project will begin in 2025 and complete at the end of 2026. This position is for the duration of the project with the possibility of extension for another project expected to last 2-3 years. JBS has many opportunities to continue employment after the project concludes.
Responsibilities:
- Learn all current payroll procedures in Kronos WFC processed today
- Attend online UKG Pro classes and document system differences
- Learn the business units and different accruals & attendance processing
- Understand accrual and attendance policy configurations and outline items to be reviewed by compliance
- Attend meetings and provide project updates
- Assist in Updating/maintaining PowerPoint training documentation
- Create and complete test plans pertaining to accruals and attendance policy/profile configurations, custom reporting, security roles, interfaces, etc.
- Assist in leading training sessions and provide support to our 70+ locations
- Miscellaneous tasks as assign by supervisor/manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role; infuses on the WAM module
- Intermediate Excel knowledge required
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Technical experience with the ability to understand system configuration, test plans, security roles, interfaces, mobile app roll out, etc.
- Strong training and public speaking skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy.
- Be organized, self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $55,000-$60,000
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
