TDS is looking to complement this team with a Sales and Marketing Coordinator as described below.


About The Role:

As a TDS Sales and Marketing Coordinator for EMEA, this individual should be able to wear multiple
hats, pay great attention to detail, balance a fast paced work environment, stay organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely and in
support of the Retailer Sales Managers, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Sales and Marketing databases to the highest accuracy and assisting in the coordination of sales and
marketing activities and processes. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support and facilitating communication between sales, finance, and operations teams as well as external stakeholders.


What You’ll Do:

1. Marketing Support
  • Manage the marketing database, ensuring all marketing campaign details are captured and maintained on an ongoing basis and to the highest accuracy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on the management and tracking of marketing budget spend, purchase orders and invoicing through Oracle and other internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing campaign requirements, ensuring specifications are captured, briefed and delivered to deadline.
  • Assist Retail Sales Managers in the generation of post campaign performance reports, including proof of execution, ROI analysis and insights for internal use.
 

2. Sales Support:

  • Manage and maintain the Retail Database ensuring the highest level of accuracy and completeness of distribution and product information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on the setup and implementation of new products, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis and provide sales managers with necessary support materials and resources for client meetings and QBR’s.
  • Support Retailer Managers with weekly sales reporting and analysis on partner calls.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing or sales coordinator role an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to
  • detail and the highest level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, coordinate and present information within all
  • levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team
  • Retail or gift card industry a plus but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent a plus but not required
