ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Kickbox supports customers with email verification to improve email deliverability. We are looking for an exceptional new team member to help accelerate revenue growth. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving success, we are expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking a results-driven Outbound SaaS B2B Account executive to play a pivotal role in our Growth.

Kickbox’s mission is to enhance email deliverability and help businesses maintain clean, accurate email lists. We have strong anti-abuse and anti-spam policies and routinely fire customers who try to use our product for spam, email guessing, or cleaning purchased lists

This role has the opportunity to help develop and define our business development approach and process. Today, Kickbox primarily leverages partnerships and inbound leads to generate revenue. Kickbox is looking for a self-starter who has experience in outbound sales efforts and processes. We are always looking to promote from within to grow our staff, and this role provides significant opportunities for an ambitious individual. 

 

Kickbox is wholly owned by Ziff Davis (ZD), but operates mostly autonomously. That means Kickbox has an awesome combination of small-company vibes with big company financials and benefits.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and target potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate high-quality leads to Kickbox Sales Team. 
  • Market Research:
    Possesses experience to identify qualified prospects based on an ideal customer profile. Provides guided communication and introduction to Kickbox sales team in order to generate new business sales. 
  • Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS tool: Kickbox and how it addresses the unique needs of our target market. Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions can solve their challenge

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to position Kickbox as the ideal fit for their use case.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, and providing introductions to  Kickbox Sales Team. 

Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities

  • Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively

Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.

  • Sales Quotas:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by introducing qualified leads to the Kickbox Sales Team. 

Continuously strive to improve sales performance through ongoing training and skill development.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and a passion for sales.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g.,Hubspot, Slack, Intercom, Fireflies AI) and proficiency in sales prospecting tools (Zoominfo)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • 2-3 years of proven track record of success in outbound sales, meeting or exceeding sales/lead targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Email industry, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Organized and ambitious to develop and create an outbound sales process from scratch
  • 2-3 years experience managing a BDR/SDR team in the SaaS industry

Target Salary is 90,000 USD (Base)
