The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive/Assistant to work with our editorial team to deliver relevant and engaging content on social, email and app channels. You will be responsible for the content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. You’ll do this whilst working closely with the content team to deliver quality campaigns and content across all the social channels. 

This role is perfect for a data-led, marketing exec who’s got a sharp eye for detail and a genuine desire in finding new ways to use social and email channels to deliver traffic, engagement and commerce revenue. You’ll be responsible for driving excitement and engagement for content campaigns, client promotion and ecommerce events across social and email channels. To thrive in this role you'll need to be comfortable working towards targets that include traditional metrics such as community growth, engagement, reach but also performance metrics such as traffic and commerce conversions.

This role collaborates with a number of teams including Editorial, Design, E-Commerce, Sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage social output across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)

·         Use social listening and analytics tools to measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns and inform future planning,

·         Deliver a social content plan that aims to increase reach, number of followers, traffic and engagement. 

·         Manage the email schedule to deliver on traffic objectives across both house content and client campaigns

·         Work closely with the content team to align on key campaigns for the year

·         Monitor and develop reports regarding specific platform and channel analytics, and use these reports to create KPIs for social and email optimisation

·         Lead the process for reporting back to the business on key successes and learnings, constantly developing strategies and plans to always improve performance


·         Test and optimise creative, messaging, targeting to determine best practice across the channels

·         Ensure all content across all platforms reflects the brand TOV

·         Respond to all social messages/comments in a timely and professional manner

·         Responsible for the delivery of client branded social activity to meet set goals

·         Implementation of the ecommerce marketing plans including email, social and content delivery


What You’ll Bring:

·         Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms:

§  Facebook,

§  Instagram,

§  TikTok,

§  YouTube,

§  Pinterest,

·         A complete understanding of social media, new trends and how they can be used to drive impact, loyalty and engagement

·         A proven track record of executing content plans for a B2C brand across social and email

·         Strong eye for detail and an ability to identifying visual content that drives results

·         You have a working knowledge of and experience with various social media marketing technologies, such as social monitoring and publishing/CMS platforms

·         You’re a team player who takes initiative and can handle a fast-paced environment
